As 'tis sometimes said, "Your milage may vary." On the other hand, if you were looking for something *more* than the visuals and atmosphere - I'd say that's far from guaranteed. If you looked at videos of the game and said "wow, that looks sweet, I'm going to get it" - well okay sometimes there are weird visual bugs and long loading times or whatever, but more or less, you'll probably be happy with it, because you wanted visuals and atmosphere, and you got them. My response is because you're even asking the question in the first place. You may ask why I would write it's not worth it. Then it becomes a matter of doing the "right" things which just means you keep and consult notes, or open a wiki while you play, to keep up on the finer details, while the general details you've well memorized. Once you understand some basic game mechanics - whether you figure it out on your own or through a wiki - the game becomes very simplistic. Some posters keep saying things are "hard". You can mod without crimson or green thingies.
